MiY Fulwood Pull On Shift Dress Sewing Pattern

You're going to love this dress; it's so versatile and can be made in lots of different versions and fabrics. It is basically a loose fitting pull-on shift dress with no fastenings making it a brilliant first dressmaking project. There are 2 different finishes for the neck - a roll-over collar or simple bound boat neck, optional side seam pockets and optional tie belt. You can customize it further by making it with the optional pleats or just using the bodice to make a simple boxy top. It's cool worn on its own for summer and makes a great layering piece worn with long sleeved t-shirts and leggings for winter.

This is a beginner level pattern.
The multi-size pattern covers 3 sizes which cover the following body measurements: The dress is a fairly loose fitting generously sized garment so 3 sizes are included in the pattern ranging from bust size 80cm to 101cm (31.5" to 40") and hip size 88cm to 109cm (34.5" to 43")

Suggested fabrics are cotton jersey, brushed poly spandex, twill or lightweight denim, specialty woven, faux vegan leather, ponte de roma and cotton lycra.

Fabric Requirements
Dress with Collar, Pleats, and Pockets
3 1/4 yards for all sizes
Dress with Pleats and Pockets OR One Piece Dress
2 1/2 yards for all sizes
Top with or without Collar
2 1/4 yards for all sizes
