Shopping With Girl Charlee
We sell in whole yards to 1/4 yard increments, except for fabrics available in our remnants category, with a minimum cut of 1/4 yard.
All fabric cuts are as generous as possible, but if the fabric is down to the last available yardage we may not be able to include any additional allowance. All fabrics are cut to order after purchase unless otherwise indicated in the item description. We are not able to accommodate custom cut requests. We send multiple yardage in continuous cuts when possible. Sometimes we find the last yardage of fabrics may be in pieces, or the fabric may not be available in the full amount purchased, and if that is the case we will contact you prior to shipping your order if it was not already indicated on the website during the time of purchase unless it is sale or clearance fabric.
We cannot guarantee the entire volume purchased of a fabric will be continuous as the fabric does not always arrive to us in a continuous piece.
We try to accurately list our fabrics content, the correct color and print scale, and the guaranteed cuttable width. Cuttable width is the width of the fabric outside the selvedge areas which can contain imperfections as a result of the printing process. Please note that not all the fabric we sell has the fabric content or weight information available so content displayed may not always be accurate. The reorderable solid fabric lines that we continually stock while purchased from the same supplier can vary slightly by color, weight, and hand feel due to the variables in the fabric manufacturing process.

Our Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, on any cuts larger than 1/2 yard, just send back the fabric in question, uncut, unwashed, and free of odors/smoke/stains/pet hair, within 30 days of purchase and we will refund the original payment method used.

Coupons
Discount codes are entered in the area indicated during checkout. Enter the code in the field provided, click Apply, and the discount will be reflected in your order sub-total. Only one code may be applied per order.
Discount codes cannot be applied to Girl Charlee gift card purchases, remnants, sale, everyday value and premium value fabrics, dropshipped items, famous designer, and bolt fabrics unless otherwise noted in a promotional offer, and discount is excluded of any applicable sales tax and shipping costs.
Discount codes must be entered at the time of purchase. We cannot apply any discount after the order has been placed or to any previously placed orders.
Sale & Clearance Fabrics
Sale pricing is not extended past the sale ending date as posted on the individual item description page. Sale pricing is valid online only. Any promotional coupons or discounts that are offered cannot be combined with other offers and cannot be applied to any previously placed order.
If samples are ordered on a sale fabric, please note that the sale price will not be extended if it is not purchased before the sale ends. Please see shipping time information for orders below.
Out of Stock Items
Our policy is to fill your order with all of the fabrics available. It is not our policy to contact customers if we sell out of items.
Please make sure to have your phone number and email address on your order and add a note in the comments section of the online order form letting us know you wish to be contacted prior to shipment if any of the items are not available.
Samples
We do not offer samples of our fabrics due to limited stock and that most of our fabrics cannot be reordered. Our minimum cut on most fabrics is 1/4th of a yard, with the exception of those that are marked as a 1 yard minimum.
Forms of Payment
We offer payment options through ShopPay which offers you many choices of payment as well as pay over time options (if available). We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Meta Pay, Venmo, & PayPal.
We do not accept Purchase Orders or Personal Checks and payment is due at the time of purchase.
Shipping
Currently we only offer shipping of orders within the contiguous US. We ship our packages via various carriers including Fedex, SmartPost, and the United States Postal Service. Shipping method is dependent on the weight and size of the package.
Our goal is to have merchandise shipped out as soon as possible. All orders are processed on a first come first serve basis. Orders take around 2-5 business days to get processed and cut before shipping. Carrier lead times apply, after they pick up and scan the package. Note that in the days following a promo sale, the lead time to cut an order may become longer. We have two separate warehouses. If you order a mix of items from those warehouses, note that you will receive multiple shipments and multiple shipping charges. Bolts drop ship separately from our suppliers and incur separate shipping charges as well.
Shipping time will vary depending on where you live, normally between 2 to 7 business days to the contiguous US once the carrier scans the package. Please make sure to enter your email address so that tracking information will be emailed to you upon shipment of your order.

If you would like orders shipped to an address different from your billing address, please note that in the customer notes in your Cart before finalizing your order.
Shipping Times
Orders take around 2-7 business days to be processed and cut before shipping due to the volume of orders we receive and other fulfillment factors. Normally, expect delivery of your order within 7-14 business days of its receipt. Please note that orders may ship from different warehouses and if so, you will receive multiple shipments and multiple shipping charges. Bolts drop ship separately from our suppliers and incur separate shipping charges as well.
International Shipping
At this time we do not ship to any other countries, and only to the contiguous US states.
Lost, Delayed or Stolen Packages
- Delays in delivery:
Once an order has shipped, note that the stated delivery time in the carrier's shipment history is an estimate only and may be subject to weather or other delays. Also note that with some carriers, not every step in the journey is recorded; it depends on their process and may not move statuses for a while, then will suddenly be delivered. All of this is outside of the shippers control; please contact the carrier with any
questions/concerns/delays.
- Lost packages due to address:
We will not be responsible for wrong addresses entered, including missing apartment numbers. Please verify the completeness and accuracy of your Shipping address before finalizing in Checkout. Note that Billing Address must be the one associated with your Payment method and Shipping Address should be entered as your desired delivery location; be watchful that both are accurate.
- Lost packages due to carrier:
If your (the customer's) package has gone missing upon delivery - you must contact your local carrier or post office to determine where the package was delivered to. You can open an investigation with the carrier. We (GC) are not responsible for the package once it is in the carriers' hands. If the carrier informs us that this is a successful delivery, then it is the customer's responsibility. Note that if a package has been lost due to the carrier, there will be a 2-week wait period before reshipping. This is because packages can appear to be lost for that length of time and then
begin moving, or are delivered.
- Stolen packages:
If theft has been suspected then it is recommended that your local authorities be contacted. We are not responsible for thefts after confirmation of delivery from carrier. A signature is recommended on high value orders. Orders under $200 are not insured unless insurance is requested and paid for, in advance of shipping at the time the order is placed. Please contact the carrier for resolution/compensation on packages not delivered to your specified safe location. Contact local law enforcement for stolen packages, especially if there is a history of that at your location. We are unable to reship at no cost, for stolen packages.
- Damaged packages due to carrier:
Please contact the carrier for resolution/compensation on
packages damaged by the carrier. A signature is recommended on high value
orders. Orders under $200 are not insured unless insurance is requested and paid for, in advance of shipping at the time the order is placed. We are unable to reship at no cost, for damaged packages.
